Psychokinesis is a special kind of power and does not exactly count as magic. Only a few select individuals are born with this power and few have the ability to even learn it. But those who learn it are referred to as Psychics.
Usage[]
One who has learned Psychokinesis gains many abilities similar to magic, however the individual does not require mana. A psychic need only concewntrate to use his abilities.
